Regional Treasury Director (US MNC) recruitment
Our client is a Fortune 500 company with a strong brand name. They have been growing aggressively in the region through organic and inorganic growth. They have a significant presence in Asia Pacific region with many leading MNCs as their clients.
They are currently looking to recruit a Regional Treasury Director to lead the regional treasury function.
This position will lead all treasury activities in the Asia Pacific region, comprising liquidity management, forex and interest rate management. You will work closely with the various countries on cash management and looking into strategies relating to cash and liquidity management. You will also be part of the leadership team organically or inorgnanically.
The successful candidate will be responsible to lead in the implementation of appropriate reporting tools and platforms to support treasury activities.
Ideally, you have at least 15 year's relevant experience in treasury, gained from leading MNCs/ corporates or banks. You have a good track record in a treasury leadership position within Asia Pacific region. This position will have strong visibility to senior management. The successful candidate needs to have strong communication skills and negotiation skills, and the ability to make good judgment calls. This position will require frequent travel to the various Asia Pacific countries, especially China and India.
