A well known Insurer are looking for a Regional Underwriting Manager to develop and maintain a profitable underwriting account within the South West Region.

The Role
Based out of the Bristol office, you will be handling your own caseload of commercial combined, property, liability, construction and property owners insurance. You will handle cases with an average premium between £5,000 - £10,000 and will be working with the company's parent groups broker offices in the South West. You will be responsible for a panel of brokers and be required to be out of the office on a regular basis.
The Benefits
Salary of c£35-£45k plus excellent company benefits
The Person
For your application to be considered you must have experience within a commercial insurance underwriting role. You will have strong technical knowledge of commercial combined, property, liability, construction and property owners insurance risks. An insurance qualification would be preferred. This role would suit a senior commercial underwriter who is looking for the next step up in their career.
