Regional Vice President

Basic Purpose: Capable of managing a duel distribution sales network. (1) Manage, mentor, coach, recruit and train a direct employee sales force to be capable of delivering annual revenue and profitability improvements and (2) recruit and manage an independent agent distribution network.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the sales team
2. Administration of regional affairs
3. Create new client relationships
4. Development of client accounts
5. Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Knowledge/Experience/Education/Training:
- Prior sales management experience required
- 5-7 years automotive industry experience
- Possess a full lines insurance license preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Abilities:
- Strong focus on customer service, which includes excellent listening skills, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Must have own vehicle with a good driving record.
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of time by air or car
- Ability to handle large quantities of supplies, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Heavy contact in person and on the telephone

Analytical ability required:
- Possess an organized approach in problem solving ability required
