Registered Client Services Associate recruitment
The Client Service Associate is the primary point of contact for all service related needs. He/she is responsible for establishing, maintaining and building client relationships.
- Provide high quality, high touch service for all forms (phone, email, etc…) of communication
- Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately and quickly.
- Resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients and advisors
- Manage general account inquiries and maintenance
- Coordinate and support the following actions:
- account opening and funding
- transfer of securities
- statement requests
- tax reporting inquiries
- support of online service
- money transfers
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe, Salesforce CRM, Fidelity Institutional (both IWS NFS) and Schwab Institutional
- Ability to learn proprietary software and databases
Position Requirements
College degree
Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses required
Client service experience preferred
