The Ministry of Defence (MoD) is recruiting talented nurses for Band 5 RGN jobs based at their base in the South West. These roles are temporary contracts, for periods of up to 11 months.

Working in these unique Band 5 RGN jobs, you will be giving care to fit and healthy soldiers who have been injured in the line of duty. You will get the chance to use your specialist skills and expertise in different areas, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Taking responsibility for changing caseload, you’ll ensure the highest levels of patient care.

You should have previous experience in a similar position. You must be highly motivated and be able to work flexibly, either in a team setting or with a degree of personal initiative. In addition to the above, you must be able to prove the following:

Current NMC Registration and Indemnity Insurance
Car Driver (with access to a car)
Copies of your immunity history - TB, Hep B, Hep C, Rubella Measles Mumps
Able to provide at least 1 clinical reference covering the last 3 years (or 2 character references).
