This integral role assumes responsibility for the completion and accuracy of the resident assessment process and monitoring level of care changes and determinations. You will ensure that the Minimum Data Sheet (MDS) form is completed in accordance with state and federal regulations and medical standards, transmitted in a timely fashion and have corrections made promptly.
Experience Required
Two years of clinical experience in an acute care facility and at least two years of experience in a LTC setting is required. In addition, candidates must have MDS experience; BSN preferred.
