California Hospital Medical Center, a CHW hospital, is looking for an energetic and caring Registered Nurse for the Health Ministry Coordinator position in the Community Benefit Department. In this role, you will be engaging with community members to address their health needs. You will have the opportunity to improve individuals' and communities' health. The position requires an independently functioning individual who is well organized and enjoys direct interaction with different people in different settings.
Current CA RN license, AA or BSN preferred. Minimum (2) years acute care or public health experience. Will function independently in community settings, providing health screenings and individual and group health education. Skilled in collaborating and networking with communities groups. PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required.
