Job Description Working at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center located in the beautiful Geneva Lakes resort area just 35 minutes south west of Milwaukee and 10 minutes from Lake Geneva. Imagine yourself? Being responsible and accountable for a group of patients for a designated time frame. Providing care to patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment/instrumentation and other health care team members. Accepting responsibility for direction of coworkers in the implementation of the plan of care. Working with other nursing units according to distribution of staff and patients.
