This challenging and fast paced permanent Staff Nurse job in Manchester will utilise your exceptional clinical skills enabling you to deliver outstanding standards of patient care while offering you excellent career development.
As Registered Nurse you will provide exemplary planned care for patients and assist in the management and organisation of care across a complex and changing caseload. You will be exposed to a diverse range of nursing specialisms including orthopaedics, paediatrics, oncology, bariatics, cardiac to name but a few.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify people’s health needs through observation discussion and the use of technical assessment methods.
- Collect, collate and organise data. Interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment.
- Develop plans of care that are appropriate to the patient taking into consideration the care pathway, risks and their wellbeing.
- Communicate information in a manner that is consistent with the level of culture, background, and understanding using patients preferred method.
