Right now, we have an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse for Quality and Performance and Nursing Practice Management. The selected candidate will coordinate and monitor the quality and effectiveness of nursing care provided by the Nursing staff by evaluating processes for outcomes, performance improvement and peer review. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with leadership to increase compliance utilizing national standards and benchmarks and apply the performance improvement process to analyze risk data, identify risk points and act upon them to improve processes.
- High school diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience.
- Current Florida licensure.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Clinical maturity and expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as problem-solving, service excellence and performance improvement processes.
- Effective time management and priority setting.
