Our Assisted Living Community in Beaverton, Oregon seeks a registered nurse with the perfect blend of personal warmth and professional skills. We are a small company made up of people with high ideals and big hearts. We are looking for a registered nurse who is tender on people and tenacious for quality.
Must be nurturing to employees, residents and families and be passionate to support, inspire, and lead the health care team towards excellence everyday.
Required Skills/Experiences:
- Must have at least 2 years of long-term senior care experience
- A proven track record of managing a professional team of 25+
- Historical results of exemplary regulatory management
- A background in social work or case management is extremely helpful.
