Requirements
- Minimum required of 4 shifts per month
- Must float across at least 3 facilities
- Holiday requirement = 1 major and 2 minor holidays
- 3 years of ED recent experience required
- Current Texas RN License
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC and ENPC certifications required
- At this time, current Baylor employees are NOT eligible to sign-up for the RN Resource Pool as a secondary or tertiary position. If you are a current employee the Resource Pool will have to become your primary position.
