A fantastic company who are looking for permanent Registered Nurses to work with their nursing homes around the Southampton area. This company provide nursing care for older people and deal with specialist dementia care within some of the homes as well as people with physical disabilities.
The salary on offer for the exciting Registered Nursing role in Southampton is a £competitive salary with great benefits such as free parking on site, pension scheme, Life Insurance, free lunch + uniform as well as paid breaks and lunch breaks. You will also receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
To be considered for this job you must:
- Have previous registered nurse experience within a nursing home or similar environment
- Have a valid NMC pin number with appropriate qualification certificates
- Be responsible for maintaining high standards of care along with strong clinical excellence
- Delivering hands on nursing care, safe drug administration and accurately update records
- Develop individualised care plans and ensure the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents are met
- Be at least a level 1 Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Number
- Motivate, lead and mentor your team and deliver clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home
- A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
