Overview:

FSA Registrations Exchanges consists of a team of 2 analysts onshore the team is responsible for ensuring that the bank complies with the FSA's rules regulations on the Approved Persons regime along with ensuring that access to Exchanges are granted correctly in a timely manner.

This role will report directly to the (EMEA Head of Position Reporting Registrations).

Key Responsibilities:

FSA Registrations
*Responsible for ensuring Significant Influence Function (SIF) application forms are comprehensive as per internal guidelines in conjunction with Advisory Compliance and Team Manager ahead of them being submitted to the FSA
*Responsible for ensuring that all employees requiring FSA Authorised Person status are fully advised of all exam requirements and liaising with them to ensure all necessary steps are taken to complete registration process
*Responsible for reporting to senior management on any individuals who have not met the necessary requirements for authorisation within approved time frame

Exchange Licensing
*Completing internal employee registrations with a number of major European Exchanges which ensure that only 'fit proper' persons are able to trade or offer investment advise on behalf of DB

You will have:

*Prior experience in the supervision of staff
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*An organised and structured work style, working calmly under pressure
*Familiarity with regulatory disclosure obligations
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
*Maturity in approach and high levels of integrity
*Strong analytical, workflow and data interpretation skills
*Good system skills - MS Office:- Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access Email

You will be:

*Educated to degree level
*Highly motivated with the ability to work to deadlines
*Able to work as part of a small team in a small security controlled environment
*Discrete in the handling of confidential information
