Registrations & Listing Specialist recruitment
City based asset manager is seeking an experienced registrations and listing coordinator to join their team. The team is responsible for the ongoing corporate and regulatory support of the funds as well as registering and listing (where applicable) the products in other jurisdictions. In connection with this process the teams assess the initial and ongoing requirements associated with such registrations and in particular these requirements will be assessed against any potential impact on future product development. The preparation and review of all board materials for Board meetings of the Funds and Management Companies and ongoing support and liaison with the relevant Boards and Management Companies is facilitated by the Product Development Department. The Department through legal counsel or local agents maintains relationships with Primary and Secondary Regulators and stock exchanges in several jurisdictions. Procedures are constantly revised to ensure legal and regulatory changes in jurisdictions are complied with. There is now a requirement to appoint one Registration Listing Coordinator to support the Registrations and Listings team. This role is business critical given the importance of registering and listing products within a robust governance structure.
Responsibilities include:
Registering, cross-registering, listing and cross-listing funds in Europe and worldwide.
Supporting the strong governance and control framework.
Supporting the establishment of new or changed product structures solutions. Facilitate production of legal documentation
Assisting in supporting the boards of Funds (Organisation of board meetings and board documentation)
Successful candidates are likely to have worked in the Product Management or the Legal Department’s of investment managers and has a good knowledge of investment management, and regulatory jurisdictions. Knowledge of the regulatory and corporate environment for UCITS funds
