Registry Physical Therapist
Evaluates and treats patients using the principles and practices of physical therapy and in accordance with the patient's age, developmental level, and diagnosis. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. License-eligible therapists would perform duties under the supervision of a licensed therapist in accordance with the Illinois Physical Therapy Practice Act. Minimum 1 year experience required. Bachelor's, Master's and/or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in accordance with the commission on accreditation in PHysical Therapy Education. Current Illinois license in Physical Therapy.
