Regulatory Affairs Administrator
Position Description:
Obtain training center approval for international regulations specific to Latin America and other countries that align themselves with United States Federal Aviation Regulations and be responsible for those regulatory requirements for the company once approval is obtained. To be responsible for curriculum updates for part 142 and air carrier programs, as well as to provide regulatory support for Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialists and the Director of Safety and Regulatory Affairs.
Qualifications, Competencies Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working with Aviation Regulations, preferably for pilot training and licensing in the FAA and JAA-EASA domains
Minimum Ability to maintain a professional and high-standard decorum especially when communicating with Regulators
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work in any time zone as needed
Bi-lingual in Spanish or Portuguese
Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Internet Explorer programs
Ability to work with modern communications tool such as MS Communicator, Webex, dial-in conference calls, SharePoint, internet, etc.
Bachelor degree with an aviation emphasis or equivalent military aviation experience
