Regulatory Affairs Assistant 50%
On a fifty percent (part-time) basis the assistant is responsible for the day to day management of the office and the documentation system of the department including specific databases, as well as for archiving of registration-relevant documents.
Day-to-Day responsibilities:
- Organization, updating and maintenance of the technical documentation for the department.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to obtain product-specific documents.
- Archiving of registration relevant documents in alignment with the Regulatory Affairs Director and Regulatory Affairs Managers
- Updating regulatory dossiers and preparing RA submission documentation in coordination with the RA Managers
- Maintenance of the RA specific databases.
- Accounting and cost center management in SAP and eBuy
- Collection and consolidation of Key Performance Indicators for the RA Team Oral Care EU on a quarterly base
Meeting Administration:
- Organize team and management meetings
- Liaising with European Division/Corporate Head Office
- Maintain relationships with Division/Corporate peers and counterparts
Travel Arrangements including Visitors:
- Travel arrangements and expense reports for the RA Director and RA Team.
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation for Division/Corporate/external visitors, as required
