Regulatory Change

Our client really does operate in the Champions League of Investment Banking, a Global titan whose business model is robust, comprehensive in terms of asset classes and product set and whose performance is shaking competitors in their ability to climb league tables and increase market share.

Their approach is to set the agenda, not follow it and their commitment to creating and implementing class leading standards of compliance and regulation is probably the strongest in the industry.

One of the key areas for them is to meet the regulatory change requirements relating to EMIR, MIFIR and Dodd Frank that cover operations compliance, with specialised operational compliance topics that include: client asset protections; trade and transaction reporting; outsourcing and off-shoring arrangements; client on-boarding and categorisation requirements and client reporting.

Your remit will primarily have an EMEA focus but with strong links to Global business and product areas.

Technically, you will be working alongside specialists with amazing experience and skill sets so you will be supported brilliantly and without doubt dramatically develop your own knowledge and skill base.

In summary, this is a team role that ticks all the boxes in terms of team and work environment, brand enhancing employer, project resources and of course financial rewards.
