Regulatory Change and Policy Manager – Wholesale bank recruitment

This is a critical role to the firm with the ever changing regulation in EU and US requiring interpretation and implementation.
 

The Regulatory Change manager will be responsible for working with the business in an advisory capacity to ensure impact assessment and implementation of key procedural, policy and process changes meet regulatory initiatives.

Key Skills Required:
• The Regulatory Change manager must have had experience working with the current EU directives: Dodd Frank act,  MiFid II, EMIR, AIFMD, Prospectus Directive and FATCA
• Experience of FSA Arrow and SEC visits desirable, not essential
• Experience of writing policy and procedures to a high standard
• Excellent communication skills
• Good product knowledge: FX, credit, derivatives
• Investment banking and/or wholesale banking experience
• Legal background preferred, though not essential

Location: City of London
Salary: £55 - £60k + benefits + bonus
