Regulatory Change Lead at UBS recruitment
This role sits in the Investment Banking Business of UBS within Group Operational Finance.
The wider team’s responsibilities include meeting the reporting requirements of the FSA and the BOE. This role is within the CTB (Change The Bank) Team which has responsibility for changing the regulatory reporting to ensure continued financial and regulatory compliance with policy changes in line with new regulations.
The Change Lead will run a wide variety of regulatory change projects across credit, market and concentration risk as well as liquidity and will be supported by other business analysts. The projects will ultimately result in systems that ensure reporting is compliant with the new regulations, in particular Basel III. Thus key areas of focus for the change lead analyst are capital resources and requirements under FSA standardised and advanced approaches and the engagement of teams within finance and risk.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Be an experienced business analyst within a regulatory function – banking/trading book or liquidity
• Have experience working around the trading book
• Understand how an RWA is calculated using a standardised and advanced approach
• Have experience leading and successfully delivering a project
