Regulatory Change Manager
The ideal candidate should be able to provide guidance on the regulation, and help to further improve the way the bank is implementing these changes. This will be an initial 6 month contract, and is an immediate vacancy.
Key Roles and Skills;
- provide a regular view and guidance on regulatory matters relating to recovery and resolution
- Engage in work on Top-Down Resolution
- Produce strategic papers to guide senior management on recovery and resolution thinking
- Ability to carry out analysis and research and prepare concise and well-reasoned findings, which offer commercial alternatives and sound judgement
- Engagement, facilitation and relationship management skills that demonstrate ability to balance and manage diverse stakeholder interests, while driving delivery at pace
- Proven ability to create powerful executive reporting materials for use in presentations to senior management and executives, or external audiences
- Experience of working in a changing regulatory environment and ability to adapt
- A common-sense approach to problem solving with an ability to summarise a complex situation in a simple, communicable manner
