Regulatory Change Programme Director
Our client are a top-tier Financial Services Institution, seeking to recruit a Programme Director, to hold Global responsibility for the planning and delivery of all Regulatory Risk Change initiatives.
The candidate will join the central Business Change leadership team, reporting to Board level. Direct reports will be a team of permanent Senior Compliance Project Managers and a network of further subsequent indirect reports, across multiple jurisdictions.
Scope of deliverables will be broad ranging and as such, in addition to a demonstrable track record of applying formal planning, structure, framework and governance, on at least one large scale Change Programme with Global reach, the successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate suitable SME across the scope of Regulatory and Risk requirements, impacting on Change requirements within the industry at present.
