Regulatory Compensation Vice President recruitment

The Compensation Finance team works in partnership with Risk, HR and the Business to ensure both the business model and the regulatory frameworks are understood and the bank is operating within the regulatory rules. As well as influencing the development of future regulations. The successful candidate will play an integral part in defining and implementing the controls required to meet the regulatory controls. In addition they will influence the banks interpretation of regulations, whilst continuously developing internal policy and procedures to ensure compliance.

The successful candidate will have a background in financial services with experience in the HR Reward space and preferably deferred and variable compensation. They will have excellent communication and influencing skills and be able to apply complex HR principles to a finance environment.
