Regulatory Compliance recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Work with Regulatory Compliance Unit to ensure that the department’s processes meet internal and regulatory compliance requirements
• Conduct training to staff where necessary on changes in regulatory controls
• Monitor the schedule for Customer Due Diligence checks and ensure these are conducted on time
• Undertake review of transactions (including establishment or renewal of RMA) with RMs to see if these are within the established CDD/KYC profile
• Manage the department’s Regulatory Requirement Self-Assessment (RRSA) and Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) checks; conduct sample checks on these self assessments
• Reviewing and updating of Compliance framework, policies and procedures
• Any other compliance related matters or ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, private banking experience prefered
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
