Regulatory Controller – Production Team Manager recruitment
As the successful candidate you will join the Capital Production team bringing significant Regulatory Capital Calculation experience. You will integrate this knowledge as appropriate to provide guidance and oversight to the team.
You will be responsible for the management of all projects that the Capital Production team is engaged in and have significant interaction with the Daily, Monthly and Reporting managers as well as the Technical, Project, IT teams, deploying practical regulatory knowledge as required.
Reporting into the Vice President in charge of the Production team you will be responsible for maintaining a coherent structure around management of all initiatives.
Key Project Responsibilities will include:
- Providing structure and framework around management and coordination of all the area’s projects
- Coordination of team resourcing as required
- Being key point of contact for the Regulatory Project and IT team
- Development and ongoing maintenance of relationship with the Project team (inc determining demarcation of duties)
- Overview of Project related documentation and input as required
- Provide testing coverage as appropriate.
- The position is somewhat flexible, depending on the experience of the individual candidate, however it is assumed that the individual will have a similar skill set to the outgoing incumbent. With that in mind the above would be a realistic role description.
