Regulatory Executive

We are currently looking for a Regulatory Executive to join our growing practice to provide risk and regulatory solutions for our clients focusing on the Retail Banking area.

As a specialist in Regulation and Compliance, you'll have the opportunity to develop your personal, technical and leadership skills within the environment of one of the largest providers of professional services in the world. You'll be key in helping clients better assess and improve their risk and regulatory frameworks.

Our Regulatory Advisory team offers you the opportunity to work with the most prominent firms and be given the opportunity to develop your personal, technical and leadership skills within the environment of one of the largest providers of professional services in the world.

Your responsibilities as a Regulatory Executive will include:

- Providing input into the application of regulatory standards and supporting the development of solutions to resolve complex regulatory risks and issues

- Assisting with the formulation of conclusions and regulatory recommendations

- Supporting the analysis of emerging regulatory issues, the articulation of our point of view and the development of our propositions

- Supporting business development through working on client proposals and presentations

- Supporting internal training and development.

Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Regulatory Executive:

- Retail Banking regulatory experience at the FSA, a FTSE 100 Financial Services organisation or another Advisory firm

- Regulatory experience focused on Conduct of Business rules. Systems Controls and governance experience would also be advantageous

- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical considerations and solutions

- Proven track record of assessing suitability of advice in relation to financial instruments/products

- Sound technical knowledge of financial products and/or customer-facing regulated activities (e.g. complaint handling)

- Able to identify further business opportunities.
