Regulatory Finance Project Manager recruitment
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Regulatory Finance Project Manager to join the Regulatory Reporting team. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for representing the project and managing communications to all key stakeholders, deliver data analysis and sourcing for the new reports, calculation changes, Operating Model instances of change and new Reporting templates submission to the FSA. This is an opportunity to develop close working relationships with other areas of the Business and co-ordinate with other projects and initiatives which may impact the project.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Representing the project and managing communications to all key stakeholders
- Facilitating and/or chairing project meetings and providing status updates into the UK RRP program.
- Agreeing and driving progress against overall project plan to ensure delivery targets met
- Ensure scope/ schedule are agreed and achievable, and project/workstream resourcing is adequate to deliver
- Overall ownership of the project plan
Project controls:
- Own overall project standards controls
- Ensure project lifecycle is followed according to organizations standards and best practice
- Track/ resolve/ escalate project level risks, issues, actions etc
- Agree, track and report project budget and resourcing, escalating issues as required
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Project Manager with an excellent academic background to develop their career. Project Management experience with a strong delivery track record ideally within financial services and experience with planning, organising, and managing multiple priorities, critical paths and risks areas is essential. must have experience or exposure to UK Regulatory Reporting - Capital Calculations and / or Reporting preferred, but Financial, Liquidity or Transactional reporting experience would also be of benefit.
