Regulatory & Financial Reporting Manager recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Reporting
• Prepare finance sections for regulatory reporting requirements across EMEA  
• Respond to queries made by the regulatory authorities or members of the management boards
• Prepare support analysis and supplementary information

Financial Statutory Reporting
• Prepare statutory accounts for UK/EMEA countries
• Review and coordinate consistency across EMEA on accounting notes and disclosure
• Prepare interim financial reports for board directors

Financial Reporting
• Improve and develop new standardised monthly reporting formats for entity and regional analysis to assist financial reporting managers in their review
• Identify and develop adhoc reports for reconciliation and exception purposes

Other
• Assist with projects and ad hoc queries
• Develop strong relationships with corporate and regional business lines and support teams

QualificationsQualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or similar) with suitable post qualification experience

Experience
• Proven work experience of working in a similar role
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and reporting requirements
• Extensive experience of global financial reporting systems (i.e. Peoplesoft and/or Hyperion) 
• Good knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS

Key Skills Technical
• Well developed IT skills including Email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English is essential.
