Regulatory Intern
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and identifying the threshold crossings of AXA Group for specific reporting obligations: takeover panel and regulated industries
- Preparing the notifications to the regulators according to the applicable laws and regulations;
- Carrying out legal and regulatory research on takeover requirements and regulated industries;
- Participating in the improvement of the AXA system to identify and analyse holdings of the AXA Group in the capital of listed companies: presentations to different entities, suggestions, updating documents, etc.
Please describe the sort of profile you are looking for including:
- Education qualifications : Master’s degree in Financial Law, Regulatory matters or Business School ;
- Technical skills : Literate in MS Office especially in Excel;
- Key Competencies : rigorous, curious and team spirit;
- Languages required: Fluency in English to be able to work with several entities;
- Any skills or experience which are desirable but not necessary:
- Previous related experience is the bank / finance industry is appreciated
- Knowledge of regulatory affairs is an advantage
- Knowledge of financial products and its vehicles (collective investment schemes) is strongly appreciated
