Regulatory Monitoring/Audit Senior Manager recruitment
Our Client, an internationally recognised Insurance organisation is seeking 3 individuals to join it's regulatory risk and compliance teams at the Manager, Senior Manager or Director Levels (dependent on experience).
Responsibilities of the role will involve:
- Monitoring, investigating and surveillance of the organisations various regulatory exposures on an international basis.
- Formulating reports and suggesting improvements to audit programs and regulatory frameworks based on deep dive reviews of various business functions.
- Liaising with and presenting too senior stake holders within the business to best advise on high risk area's and regulatory/compliance exposures
- Taking initiative on due diligence and investigating business units for work in line with regulator policy
Preferred Experience:
- Regulatory Monitoring/surveillance/investigation or Audit experience in a mid to large sized organization.
- Experience in the insurance sector in particular the property and casualty sector.
- Candidates must be articulate, keen to expand their skill set and comfortable working in areas outside their usual comfort zone.
- Fluent Spanish speakers a distinct advantage.
