Regulatory Programme Manager – Executive Director Level recruitment
Essential Experience:
-Programme delivery of large regulatory programmes across multiple divisions
-Basel 3 (or Basel 2/2.5) or Credit Risk with Front Office experience.
-Senior Stakeholder management
-Ability to work autonomously across multiple business functions, matrix managing.
-Change Management
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
-work closely with senior stakeholders across the Bank (including board level MDs)
-partner and support the business sponsors of the individual work streams
-manage delivery through a matrix organisation
-challenge the direction of the programme to ensure that the work remains current and applicable
-continuously re-evaluate the benefits and outcomes of the work streams
-understand the macro view of the programme to ensure a cohesive outcome
-motivate the cross business and IT teams to deliver against commitments
