Regulatory Project Manager/Business Analyst

A City based Asset Manager requires a Regulatory Project Manager / Business Analyst to help build out their Financial Transaction Tax project (FTT).

Role:

They are looking for a high calibre Project Manager, with significant business change experience in the Asset Management space, to work on the firm's global FTT Regulatory Change Project. The candidate should have experience of working on large-scale projects, ideally regulatory in nature.

In addition the candidate must have business analysis experience: requirements analysis, specification writing, solution design, creation of test plans, liaising with the business on the execution of test plans and resolution of issues. Experience in business process analysis, functional analysis and data analysis is highly desirable.

The candidate is expected to take ownership of assigned work streams, leading analysis and solution design, working collaboratively and flexibly with the project team and business stakeholders. There will be an element of travel required.

Skillset:

Experience of project management methodologies, particularly PRINCE 2, with knowledge of project governance and risk management frameworks from an Asset Management / Fund Services environment

History of successfully delivering regulatory projects within the Asset Management / Fund Services space

Experience in cross-functional teams e.g. across change management, business and 3rd party vendors

Intermediate or advanced level in all MS office applications including MS Visio and MS ProjectAdvantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
