Regulatory Reporting & Exam Coordinator recruitment
A position is available in the Enterprise Risk Department for a Regulatory Reporting Exam Coordinator.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
-Coordinate all reporting and examination activity including:
- Review and coordinate all regulatory requests and First Day Exam Letters
- Gather documentation across the organization in response to the examiner’s requests and organize it in advance of exam.
- Prepare presentations for regulators in support of exams/requests.
- Schedule and participate in meetings with functional area managers prior to exam to coordinate requests and communicate scope of the exam.
- Schedule and participate in meetings with functional area managers and regulators during the course of the exam.
- Coordinate with Facilities Management (space) and IT (technical support) for regulators.
-Track and analyze regulatory changes that impact the Bank and communicate to management and functional areas.
-Track and support follow up of open findings and action plans to remediate.
-Assist in designing risk reporting “dashboards” on the firm’s regulatory risk.
-Manage the regulatory exam schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years banking experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrate initiative and maturity of judgment.
- Ability to work well in a team and individually.
- Ability to foster strong relationship with functional managers and business leaders.
- Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills.
