Regulatory Reporting
- Regulatory reporting for designated RBC Wealth Management UK entities
- Produce and file required FSA returns in accordance with rules, regulations and best practise (including but not limited to FSA001, 002, 003 and 055 returns)
- Explain key movements within FSA returns to Company Directors and obtain sign off from Company Directors
- Capital projections and planning for designated RBC Wealth Management UK entities
- Proactive resolution of Capital requirement matters that may arise
- Production of annual ICAAP submissions to the FSA, working in conjunction with Risk Management (RM)
- Subject matter specialist, keeping up to date with regulatory reporting changes facing WM UK entities and advising key stakeholders on the impact of any changes
Other Responsibilities
- Support the UK Finance Manager with management and head office reporting.
- Maintain register of Transfer Pricing arrangements in place for WM UK entities and assist the business and Group tax in compiling new and/or revised Transfer pricing documents
- Work with UK Finance Manager and RM to develop key financial risk and control metrics
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Qualified Accountant
• Experience and thorough knowledge of FSA reporting requirements
