The Challenge

A qualified Accountant is required for a Regulatory Reporting Team Leader role with a financial institution based in Dublin. The position will involve:

• Management of the regulatory reporting team to ensure returns are completed

• Acting as the main point of contact on all regulatory requirements

• Liaising with the Central Bank

• Leading and motivating a team

• Ensuring robust controls are in place

• Providing cover for Head of Regulatory Finance

• Process improvement

The Candidate

The successful candidate for this Regulatory Reporting Team Leader role will have:

• An accountancy qualification

• Significant relevant experience

• Strong understanding of relevant reporting requirements

• Knowledge of capital requirements directive and Basel II Accord

• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

The Company

Our client is a financial institution based in Dublin.

The Compensation

The remuneration for this role will be in line with the responsibility of the role c. €70 - €80k
