Regulatory Reporting / Share Disclosure Manager

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior and high profile position within this well-known and respected legal practice. You will join a small but highly skilled and knowledgeable team, to provide up to the minute regulatory advice to 400+ financial services institutions who subscribe to the service. You will play a key part in liaising with counsel in 90+ jurisdictions to monitor and maintain the information service, including reporting to the partners of the firm.

The legal information service covers a range of specialist areas, including funds derivatives, as well as share disclosures, bans on short-selling and related information, and this role requires a professional with excellent, demonstrable, experience working with the share disclosure rules, ideally at an international level.

This is a client-facing role, and you will be expected to deal directly with queries and questions regarding the service and issues around share disclosures.

This position would ideally suit a professional from a regulatory reporting background within an investment bank, asset manager or other securities trading house, with a depth of knowledge of share disclosure rules and related issues. The role would also suit a qualified lawyer from a corporate legal background with working knowledge of disclosure rules and related regulations who is seeking a move away from a pure fee earning position and a role with more predictable hours.
