Regulatory Senior Manager

We are currently looking for a Regulatory Senior Manager to join our Financial Crime team which entails providing technical compliance advice on regulatory issues and industry changes. This would be a key role in applying your financial crime knowledge experience to help clients to comply with regulatory requirements with regards to anti-money laundering and sanctions.

This excellent opportunity would expand your compliance and regulatory knowledge within a diverse role. As a senior professional member of the team, you'll communicate effectively with all staff levels, both in coaching junior members and in communicating with engagement partners and managers to manage and motivate high-performing teams.

Your responsibilities as a Regulatory Senior Manager will include:

- Growing valued relationships with external clients and industry contacts

- Contributing to thought leadership, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape services to client needs

- Providing input into the application of regulatory standards and support the development of solutions to resolve complex regulatory risks and issues

- Creating insights for our financial crime clients, adapting methods and practices to fit their needs

- Responsibility for engagement planning, management and leading teams in financial crime engagements

- Mentoring staff and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Regulatory Senior Manager:

- Knowledge of the UK and European financial crime regulatory environment (knowledge of the global environment preferable)

- Financial Crime/AML and/or sanctions work experience/professional qualification preferred

- Consulting experience preferred

- Strong academic background, ideally to a degree level or equivalent

- Focus on one or more of the following areas: Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, Investment Management and General Insurance

- Leadership, project management and teamwork skills for delivery of financial crime engagements

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for report writing and client presentations.
