UK wide banking group is creating a dedicated Compliance Training team to be embedded in the business, as an extension of the compliance Advisory unit.

As Compliance Training VP there are multiple aspects to this position including:

- Ultimately owning the embedding and deployment of robust Risk control frameworks keeping abreast with the strategic needs of the bank- across communication, training and awareness of these frameworks
- Design  roll out training and risk policy standards
- Advise the senior leadership team with realtime issues and MI on the overall progress and results of the training regime.
 - You will own the development of the annual Compliance training design
- In conjunction with LD harmonise delivery with broader learning initiatives
- Partner with Compliance Policy Advisory on up stream issues and new deliverables
- ultimately driving the compliance culture, and represent the banks Compliance function in various governance groups, adding value and influencing as appropriate.

The ideal candidate has a depth of compliance experience, and is abreast of the political and regulatory landscape specific to retail/private/commercial banking, and can demonstrate a commitment TC and delivering meaningful training programs related to this.
