Reinvestigation Agent
Immediate opening for Reinvestigations Agents for client located in the Carillon center. As a Reinvestigation Agent, this employee will be require to advanced online navigation and Internet application skills. This position requires great attention to detail as it involves the Web-based requisition of Local Law Enforcement via Individual County, State, and National databases. A basic understanding of Court related documents and their appearance online are crucial. 1-2 years customer service experience. Type 60 WPM Intermediate or Advance skills in Online Navigation, Microsoft Word and/or Notepad, and Excel are preferred. This position is 90% phone work and 10% internet research.
