Relationship Account Manager recruitment
Playing a crucial role in client relationship management of all operational issues demanding interaction with clients, the jobholder will be required to deliver a superior level of client service at all times. Managing queries and relationships, you will be the first-line of support for all requests.
The individual will be expected to operate at a managerial level, contributing to the company’s objective of complete client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Daily liaison between Business Heads, Sales, Relationship Directors and Operations division and clients, with focus on business critical issues
• Proactive communication with clients building new and existing relationships
• Escalation of pressing issues to CRM team – working in conjunction to attend meetings and deal with calls
• Maintenance of a resourceful working knowledge of clients’ operating environments

• Degree education with some Client Service background
• Private Banking or Asset Management experience
• Superior project management and computer skills
