Position Description:

Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Relationship Analyst to join our Global Relationship Group (GRG) in London. The position will provide centralized coordination of various client service and prospect related functions, including reporting, presentations and ad hoc client and prospect related requests.

Job Responsibilities
Commanding a good knowledge of our business, coupled with the interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients and prospects, the successful candidate will work closely with all members of the GRG London team. Incorporating product knowledge, cultural awareness and judgment he/she will be primarily responsible for:

• Conducting analysis and responding to inquiries on a wide variety of topics including portfolio and product specific information, investment guidelines, compliance issues, legal contracts and fees, as required;
• Supporting the planning and preparation of client and prospect meetings;
• Preparation of standard and customised client reports, including monthly and quarterly portfolio summaries and performance attribution analyses;
• Preparation and production of client and prospect ready presentations
• Preparation of briefing memos, including stock stories
• Maintenance of files for client presentation books and reporting
• Co-ordination of client Requests for Information/Due Diligence Questionnaires (RFIs) and Audit Requests
• Maintenance of client data systems including Pivotal, AIM and CCR Performing regular reviews of relevant internal systems to ensure all client data is accurately captured and reflected
• Participation and coordination of special projects as required

Qualifications
• The successful candidate is likely to have relevant experience,
• He/she must demonstrate an understanding of capital markets and/or investment products;
• Solid academic credentials are required, CFA qualified or a willingness to pursue a CFA qualification.
• The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in team-oriented environment, where priorities change frequently and deadlines are often under time pressure
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
