Relationship Associate recruitment

This role supports and collaborates with Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers in all aspects of client account management. In addition this role provides phone and in person support, and will liaise with investment banking clients to produce competitor and market trend analysis.

The Relationship Associate requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, a pro-active and goal-orientated working style with the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a client facing role, have demonstrable experience of presenting in front of groups and have a high degree of business awareness.

The Investment Banking team focuses on working with the Strategy, MA, Business Management and Operations teams within the Investment Banks, assisting with analysis and advising on best practices for management, competitive benchmarking and strategic planning.
