Relationship Director
This is a critical role, working with our customers to develop implement strategies to support them through the current challenging environment, whilst at the same time building deep and rewarding relationships.
As a Relationship Director you’ll:
- Meet income growth within agreed RAROE / RWA / IoRWA guidelines and meet / exceed personal financial targets which will include key product partners, balance sheet control, asset margin growth and liquidity targets / funding gap improvement
- Establish ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with clients
- Establish relationships with targeted new connections within REF sector
- Ensure transactions are closed in a timely manner in conjunction with Transaction Management, meeting client’s expectation
- Meet market leading CSS and net promoter scores demonstrating breadth and depth of relationship with client
- Be jointly accountable for credit quality and credit stewardship alongside portfolio management
To successful as a Relationship Director you’ll need:
- Proven risk assessment skills with an understanding of restructuring techniques.
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheets and cash flow.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of reporting and credit risk analysis systems, particularly the RMPS system.
- Track record of income generation through fees and additional lending as a result of recommended courses of action to mitigate risk for the client.
