You will:

You will have a strong focus on business origination of new to bank clients. You will use your commercial/corporate banking knowledge and skills, coupled with your proven new business development skills, to profitably grow this portfolio.

You will also manage a small portfolio of existing clients to grow them to maximum potential.

The role requires developing new business opportunities with existing clients, and acquiring new clients to the Bank identified from a variety of sources including your current referral networks.

You are:

As the successful candidate you will have experience in business origination and managing a portfolio of business, commercial or corporate Bankingclients.

You have strong credit risk skills, commercial acumen and have the ability to understand the client's business in order to help our frontline staff deliver better business outcomes. You have strong negotiation, coaching and project management skills and a passion for regional Australia.

To succeed in this role you will have extremely strong new business development skills and drive.
