Relationship Executive recruitment
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Relationship Executive to join our Commercial Banking team in Perth. Supporting a Global Relationship Manager this is an excellent development opportunity within an international bank with exposure to global clients.
As a Relationship Executive you will be responsible for supporting the Global Relationship Manager in the ongoing management and growth of a designated portfolio. Your ability to prepare exceptional credit submissions and annual reviews, along with the ability to develop and maintain effective and profitable working relationships will prove pivotal to your success.
Key responsibilities will include:
?¢ Supporting the Relationship Manager in establishing a strong and productive network of new business relationships, as well as maintaining close working relationships with existing clients
?¢ Ensuring a strong focus on credit quality, timely and accurate credit submissions
?¢ Maintaining an understanding of the customer??s industry and associated markets
?¢ Where required, managing an existing portfolio of client relationships and assisting with the development of robust account plans for the portfolio.
?¢ Identifying, escalating, and documenting new share of wallet opportunities through provision of new HSBC products and services.
?¢ Supporting the State Manager and wider Commercial Banking team in achieving financial revenue targets
Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
?¢ A tertiary qualification in a related discipline
?¢ Minimum of 2 ?" 3 years experience within Commercial Banking, with experience in preparing credit submissions and annual reviews
?¢ A demonstrated ability to build strong and lasting relationships with internal and external parties.
?¢ In-depth analytical skills, with a strong commercial acumen and focus on credit quality.
?¢ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
?¢ Attention to detail and the ability to carry through tasks to conclusion with minimal supervision.
