Main Objectives :
- “Client Coverage” of a selected portfolio of Large Corporate clients for the bank.
- Originate key clients’ transactions with primary focus on strategic deals.
- Follow up execution, leading, when needed, high level deal team.
- Propose capital allocation (globally and between products) and decide of allocation between products.
- Propose trade-offs on pricing and between products, in the framework of the existing CIB process.
- Drive the mobilization of required business lines resources.
- Risk monitoring and exposure management on the client portfolio.
Key Results Areas:
- Build a global view on client activity and needs.
- Prepare the relationship plan (Client Action Plan) and global account strategy for client groups.
- Propose commercial strategy for clients in portfolio.
- Understand close follow-up on client’s business model and development, management and corporate strategy and banking needs via frequent marketing calls to client at all levels and market intelligence.
- Map, maintain and develop senior client contacts at CEO/CFO level.
- Identify and originate business/cross-selling opportunities and enlarge wallet sharing for the bank. Induction of the bank’s latest offered products / development to relevant clients.
- Supervise Corporate and Transaction Group Relationship Managers for transaction-banking products and leverage CTG Relationship Managers to manage relationship at adequate level for transaction banking products.
- Leverage business lines resources according to client agenda needs, with a primary focus on MA, ECM, DCM, strategic: a) Corporate Acquisition b) Financing Solutions and c) Derivative Transactions:
- Initiate deal teams and mobilize business lines (including Corporate Finance) according to client needs.
- Ensure they are informed of recurring business directly originated by business lines (CTG, SF and FI).
-Allocate tasks between business lines on each deal.
- To collect updated market and product information for relevant sectors and closely work with product lines on new product development
- Be responsible for formalizing and circulating sector-relevant information derived from clients’ interactions within their portfolio (for EC sector, Transportation sector and Financial Institutions sector).
