SUMMARY
The Relationship Management Group (RMG) Representative serves as the primary liaison between the client and GD team. This role involves a high-level client support for day-to-day issues and initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide prompt internal and external communication and follow-through regarding daily client issues, enquiries, and initiatives
· Ensure clients' business requirements are met according to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and client requests; document and communicate SLA issues to clients as they occur
· Develop and build client relationships while proactively managing issues
· Investigate issues and ensure prompt and effective resolution
· Work according to GD business procedures and approved client requirements
· Participate in and contribute to internal and client meetings and conference calls as required
· Coordinate customer launches for minor projects and initiatives (i.e., non PMO projects)
· Enter and update Sales Orders and Contracts in SAP according to customer requirements
· Resolve customer issues to the mutual satisfaction of the client and GD
· Work directly with GD team to ensure client initiatives meet internal requirements
· Provide IT and/or Production with updated Insert Schedules and ensure changes are in place
· Support Sales Managers with client requirements and meetings as required
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum five years experience in Client Services environment with direct customer contact
· University or college education in appropriate area
· Excellent command of written and verbal English (fluency in written and verbal French a plus)
· Proven interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize with attention to detail
· Self-motivated team player with ability to interact in a collaborative manner
· Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in meeting tight deadlines
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Internet
· Exposure to Project Management methodologies beneficial
· SAP knowledge and experience beneficial
