To support this continued growth FTSE is looking to further expand the Relationship Management Team in EMEA and recruit for a RM Desk Support role. As a member of the Relationship Management Team, the Desk Support role is to be at the hub of the business. The person holding this position is to be responsible for the administration of European asset owner and investment consultant business, supporting the Relationship Management team on nominated major accounts and playing an active role in any specific revenue generating initiatives. 

Key Functions and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, Relationship Management EMEA, the individual will be responsible for the business administration for all EMEA asset owners and investment consultant providing support on these major accounts. 

Processing of all licensing transactions for the RM EMEA Team working closely with the Finance and Legal departments

Management of the EMEA CRM system for asset owners and investment consultants 

Producing management reports

Supporting RM team members. Actively meeting clients, updating them on new FTSE products, getting answers to specific questions, collating information when working on major initiatives etc

Co-ordinating and engaging in active participation in any key Relationship Management campaigns.
