The Client Service Administrator position is a role covering a number of market segments, countries and languages. This is an important client facing position with responsibility for the servicing and retention of clients working for a major US Banking organisation

It is essential that candidates are fluent in both German and English

Responsibilities -

Responsible for relationship-based client support across a number of market segments for Treasury Services.
Act as the main contact for servicing issues for all Treasury Services related matters in relation to all Treasury Services products including USD Funds Transfer, Multicurrency payments, ACH, Global Mass Payments, FX Referral, Electronic Banking and Trade Services.
Manage different types of investigations and inquiries ensuring resolution to payment, trade or any other product/service queries
Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports, product usage and AML/KYC compliance information on clients.
Proactively participate in the development of regional marketing
Support compliance initiatives (compliance calls, AMK/KYC, FTSI requests, etc.)
Travel to client offices in order to undertake Client Service Review calls either alone or supporting a Relationship Manager, Sales Representative or Product Manager

The qualified candidate is required to have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, with a strong background in customer service and/or operations.
Significant prior experience dealing with external customers (with corporates preferred) is required.
Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) skills are essential
